01.Complete Blood Count (₱ 800)
A Standard diagnostic test that measures red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets to evaluate hydration, anemia, infection and immune system health. It is used to diagnose illness or monitor health during routine check-ups and pre surgery screenings.
02.Blood Chemistry (₱ 1,500)
Measure enzymes, proteins, electrolytes, and metabolic markers in the blood to assess organ function (liver, kidneys, pancreas) hydration, and overall health. These tests are crucial for detecting early illness, managing chronic diseases, and screening before anesthesia.
03.Fecal Analysis (₱ 600)
A routine, non-invasive diagnostic test to detect the presence of internal parasites, such as worms and protozoa, which are often invisible to the naked eye. It is essential for annual health checkups, especially for puppies and kittens, as parasites can cause severe illness, discomfort, and can sometimes be transmitted to humans.
04.Urine Analysis (₱ 600)
A vital, non-invasive diagnostic test that evaluates the physical, chemical, and microscopic properties of urine to assess kidney function, urinary tract health, and systemic diseases. Detects infection, inflammation, crystals, or metabolic issues.
05.Thyroid Hormone Test (₱ 1,500)
Blood test (serum) used to diagnose dysfunction, such as hypothyroidism (underactive, common in dogs) or hyperthyroidism (overactive, common in cats). Test include Total T4 and Free T4, usually requiring a 1 mL blood sample analyzed to measure hormone levels and assess gland function.
06.Ovulation Test (₱ 1,200)
blood test measuring hormone levels to determine the optimal breeding time, confirm ovulation, or predict whelping dates. Testing usually begins 3-7 days into heat, with blood samples analyzed in-clinic or lab to detect the LH surge and ovulation.
07.X-Ray (Radiology) (₱ 1,000)
A safe, non-invasive diagnostic tool used to visualize internal structures, including bones, lungs, and organs, to diagnose trauma, tumors, fractures, and foreign objects. It involves fast, low-radiation to provide immediate, high-quality images for prompt diagnosis. And the most accurate method to count a litter of puppies. It helps identify the exact number of puppies, their positioning, and potential delivery complications.
08.Ultrasound (₱ 800)
A safe, non-invasive "gold standard" method to confirm pregnancy, check fetal viability (heartbeats), and estimate gestational age in dogs and cats. Best performed 30 days post-breeding. While ideal for confirming viability, X-rays are better for counting litter size.
